Federal agencies have new requirements under the Administrative Leave Act of 2016 which means they will need to evaluate and revise current policies to be in compliance.
Three new categories of paid leave now must be included in policies, and each one has different authorization requirements, limitations, notice requirements and reporting requirements you have to understand. Robert Erbe walks you through thenew responsibilities and how to fulfill them:
